Job Description

Norstella is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative as part of our high-growth Commercial team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, and through tactical execution of regional marketing campaigns and activities.

To be successful in this role, you will use your communication and collaboration skills to cultivate strong relationships with potential customers and Norstella’s Account Executives. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you to launch your sales career.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate interest in Norstella products by relentlessly prospecting via phone, email, and social applications
  • Identify and document prospects’ needs, expectations and priorities to foster long-term business relationships
  • Conduct outbound campaigns to support sales events and other marketing activities
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities for regional sellers
  • Continuously learn and adapt to achieve success on a collaborative team
  • Partner with marketing to accelerate regional demand generation and ensure success of marketing campaigns, events and conferences

Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter who:

  • Fearlessly prospects via phone, email and social channels
  • Works collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment
  • Manages time effectively, adopts new tools, and continuously improves
  • Operate with urgency, unwavering persistence, and a passion for getting the job done

Additional Information

  • University Degree required
  • Prior success in a sales development or business development role
  • Experience in a sales or marketing capacity a plus
