Chemist + Druggist established over 160 years ago and is part of Citeline, a Norstella company. We are looking to recruit an Admin Clerk C+D Data and you will be a member of the C+D Data team. The Admin Clerk is broadly responsible for supporting the daily maintenance, quality and integrity of the C+D database, the digital and print output, and to support the product management and development of the data platform to ensure it continues to meet changing market and customer needs.

C+D works with over 1,200 manufacturers to list and maintain over 92,000 product listings including medicinal, OTC, appliances, baby and beauty products. Updated in real time by our team of data experts and mapped to all global standards, C+D data provides over 12,000 UK community pharmacies with data that supports the accurate identification of products in the UK Pharmacy supply chain.

SCOPE OF ROLE

In this role as a Admin Assistant, you will report to the Senior Product Specialist- C+D Data. To succeed in this role you must have good attention to detail and the ability to perform data analysis for product development and clients. You must have the ability to communicate confidently and collaborate with clients and key stakeholders including product, technology, sales and marketing teams, to identify key customers and market challenges and to plan and support the development of key requirements. This position is 4 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role as Admin Assistant, you will:

  • Management of the Data Clerk and adherence to departmental procedures
  • Daily maintenance and updates of C+D data, ensuring data accuracy in real-time, and adherence to house styles
  • Create daily and weekly reports to test the integrity of the data
  • Regularly contact manufacturers to build relationships and ensure we hold the most accurate and recent data
  • Preparing the print directory for publication and ensure all digital checks are completed for the weekly updates
  • Ensure regular customer feedback mechanisms are in place to identify customer and market challenges
  • Conduct competitive analysis
  • Research and make recommendations for data product enhancements (features + content) and new solutions that add value to the portfolio
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to plan and develop new requirements, that meet customer challenges in line with wider business objectives
  • Work with product, GTM, sales and marketing to support the production of go-to-market collateral including customer personas, product briefs, battle cards and sales/customer help/training materials
  • Use data visualisation tools to gain insights and intelligence that add value to the Product teams including editorial, sales and marketing and customers/prospects

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and be resourceful and flexible

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • Enthusiasm for the use of technology in the delivery of content - prepared to learn new skills and software as required

Nice to have

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field
  • Pharmacy product knowledge would be beneficial
